This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data processed by customers through the Fugo platform, where Fugo acts as a data processor. That processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available at https://trust.fugo.ai.

Backup data is retained for up to 60 days for recovery purposes.

Where Fugo acts as a processor, retention is determined by the customer and governed by the DPA.

  • monitoring and logging of system activity
  • vulnerability management and regular testing

However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay. Where required by law, we will also notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
