What is office digital signage?

Office digital signage is the managed, scheduled content you run on workplace TVs and screens, instead of static printed slides or notices. It covers reception and lobby welcome screens, meeting-room status panels, live BI dashboards on TV, and team updates or a digital bulletin board in shared spaces. With Fugo you control what shows on each screen from one dashboard, and schedule it by time, location or team.

What hardware do I need?

Fugo is hardware-agnostic, so it runs on the screens and players you already own. Any display with an HDMI input works once you add a media player: Amazon Fire TV, the Fugo Signage Stick, Google TV Streamer, NVIDIA Shield, or other Android devices. It also runs natively on Samsung Tizen and LG webOS commercial displays, plus Windows and ChromeOS. There is no proprietary hardware to buy.

Can I manage screens in more than one office?

Yes. You manage every site from one dashboard and assign content to a single office, a region, or your whole network at once. Local managers can update their own screens within the permissions you set, while company-wide broadcasts stay consistent everywhere. Is it secure enough for our IT team?

Fugo is SOC 2 Type II certified, supports single sign-on, and gives IT role-based permissions so only approved people can publish to each screen group. Live dashboards can be embedded securely by URL, and screen health is monitored centrally with remote recovery if a player drops offline. Meeting-room displays read availability straight from your calendar system without exposing meeting content.

How much does office digital signage cost?

Fugo uses simple per-screen pricing, so you pay for the number of screens you run and nothing else. There is no minimum screen count, and scheduling, dashboards and templates are included rather than charged as add-ons.
