Common office screen setups

Office signage isn't one size fits all. Fugo gives you the flexibility to run the right content on every screen type while managing everything from one place.

Publish internal updates

Replace email blasts and printed noticeboards with dynamic screens that display company news, HR announcements, policy updates, and team shoutouts in real time. Fugo's role-based permissions let HR and comms teams push content to all office screens independently, without needing IT support.

Common questions

Office digital signage FAQs

Everything you need to know before deploying digital signage across your office locations.

Can Fugo work with the screens we already have?

Yes. Fugo works with any display that has an HDMI input, including consumer TVs, commercial displays, and existing meeting room screens. You add a small media player — such as an Amazon Fire TV Stick, Chromecast with Google TV, or a dedicated Fugo player — and the software runs directly on it. No specialist hardware required.

How does Fugo integrate with meeting room booking?

Fugo connects natively with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365. Once connected, any screen you designate as a room display will automatically pull live booking data for that room and show current and upcoming meetings. Setup takes around 20 minutes per room and requires no ongoing manual updates.

Can we display live dashboards securely?

Yes. Fugo supports embedding live Power BI reports, Tableau dashboards, Google Sheets, and any web-based data source via URL or iframe. When the underlying data changes, the screen updates automatically. You can also set refresh intervals to control how frequently the data is pulled.

How do we control who can publish?

Fugo uses a screen grouping and permission system designed for multi-location organisations. You can create company-wide content that appears everywhere, regional content for specific offices, and department-level content for individual teams. Permissions can be scoped so that a local office manager can only update screens in their location without affecting global content.

Do we need IT involvement?

Initial setup typically requires IT to connect Fugo to your calendar or SSO system, but day-to-day content management requires no IT involvement. Internal comms managers, HR teams, and office managers can update content, create playlists, and schedule campaigns entirely through Fugo's web-based dashboard without any technical knowledge.
