Common questions

Hotel digital signage FAQs

Everything you need to know about running digital signage across your hotel or hotel group.

What is hotel digital signage?

Hotel digital signage is the network of screens you run across a property (lobby welcome screens, wayfinding directories, event and conference boards, restaurant menus, concierge displays and back-of-house staff screens) managed from one place. With Fugo you control all of it from a single dashboard. For a deeper look, see our guide to hotel digital signage.

What hardware do I need?

Fugo is hardware-agnostic, so in most cases you can use screens and players you already own. It runs on Amazon Fire TV, the Fugo Signage Stick, Google TV Streamer, NVIDIA Shield, Android, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS smart displays, and Windows or ChromeOS devices. Any commercial display with an HDMI input will work, and for guest-facing areas we generally recommend commercial-grade displays rated for continuous operation.

Can I manage signage across multiple hotels from one place?

Yes. Fugo is built for multi-property groups. You group screens by property, brand or zone within a shared workspace, push brand-standard campaigns to every hotel at once, and give property-level managers role-based control over their own screens while head office keeps central oversight.

Is Fugo secure enough for a hotel brand?

Fugo is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and role-based access control lets you decide exactly who can edit which screens at the group, brand and property level. Approved brand assets are managed centrally through the Canto DAM so only on-brand content reaches your screens.

How much does hotel digital signage cost?

Fugo uses simple per-screen pricing, so you only pay for the displays you actually run, whether that is a handful of lobby screens or hundreds across a global group. See the pricing page for current plans, or book a demo and we’ll size it for your property.
